Instead of creating second SLIC table as ACPI5 module, replaced header and marker, edited FACP and TCPA2.
As the saying goes, a screen shot is worth a thousand words....
Windows reported activated without having to reinstall product key or cert file. Thank you!
Though I have a humorous occurrence. While I was literally forming this post reply, switching between tabs to link to the photos, the display became garbled, and several seconds later, I received the dreaded BSOD! Immediately I am wondering what could go wrong in the BIOS to affect the display controller. But after a few reboots, some troubleshooting, it is just coincidental that my older ATI/AMD graphics card decided to go KAPUT! Tested it in another PC with same garbled display. DOH!
I am terribly deficient in BIOS editing or coding but know a bit to at least understand some basic concepts happening but not technically competent to understand what was the actual barrier to methods already tried. Could you add some more clarity on what you did?
Also where can I send personal gratuity at least I can buy you a decent beer! I could donate to the website forum in lieu.

I had to make sure MOD_4A00 module represents section of RSA key of SLIC table and HOLE6 module - marker section.
TCPA2 and FACP tables needed a slight correction. There were occurences of "LTP_" string, while in SLIC table it is "_LPT".
I think this is important to change them so they match with SLIC. Have no clue really.

OK thanks for that added info. Do you mind if I share it on other forums, with full credit to you of course? BTW do you know if this website and forum actually still being maintained by anyone? Seems like some of the website features have become defunct or non-functional.

Well this is interesting! I installed a different graphics card for testing and it would not POST, just kept beeping. So I removed the graphics card, cleared the CMOS according to Lenovo (jumper) and inserted the previous graphics card that had been working (which replaced the one before that went kaput).
System POSTed, I entered SETUP and set options back to the way they were before. Saved and exit. On reboot, it prompted about 'unconfiguring AMT/ME' and I selected proceed, which is the state it was before (with AMT/ME disabled). About 6 seconds later it completed 'unconfiguring AMT/ME' and rebooted. After normal POST, flash several notices on the display. Too quickly to read, then proceeded to boot Windows.
Windows reports no longer activated. SLIC Tool Kit reports error for the SLIC bin, as before. I haven't tried to reflash or anything else. If still interested, I've attached the RWE and bin files:

According to RWE dump, FACP and TCPA part is ok. The same as in the mod.
But SLIC part somehow got reset. Its all zeroes!
Try flashing again.

Sorry for late reply, yesterday was a long taxing one. This is the screen notifications I mentioned earlier that displayed, seems to be the blasted AMT/ME was enabled after clearing the CMOS:
There is no fingerprint reader installed. I always had the device option disabled in BIOS. I put everything back to the way it was before and tried flashing again - twice - but still the same? Here are dumps:

The same. I think some code prevents to map the SLIC. I'll try a different approach.
EDIT: I updated the archive.

I flash two times with the newest upload but still the same. Strange that it was working. Thanks for your repeated efforts! See files below.

This time the table is mapped. I'm going to upload the last time. If doesn't work, I'll give up trying.
