[REQUEST] HP ProDesk 400 G2.5 SFF BIOS Unlock

Hello,

I have an old business desktop that has an i5-4590S in it.  I'm trying to activate advanced settings for a game server's performance, ie turbo boost.  The problem is the motherboard doesnt have any of the settings.

I'm not sure if the BIOS can be unlocked for these options?  Is the motherboard compatible with running them?  This isn't my area of expertise, any help/information is appreciated!

This CPU does not support Hyperthreading. It does support Turbo Boost but that may be enable by default when the CPU supports it, with no option to disable.
