Help bios mod nvme P5q deluxe

Hello guys, I wanted to ask if someone from the forum knows how to boot a m2 nvme with a 4x pcie adaptor because I think you have to modify the bios so that it locates where the m2 drive is, Windows 10 detects it and Windows 7 but to boot from the bios to install Windows there is no way and I would like to do 0 installation of Windows 7 and Windows 10 please can you help me modify the bios? I know that there is a driver that is added and detected in bios and if possible since it is modified bios add microcodes of xeon x5460,x5470
My motherboard is asus P5q deluxe
8gb ram ddr2
