I have bought KAMRUI AK1Plus Mini PC Intel 12th Gen Celeron N95 CPU. It appeared to be very slow compared to analog. I found using Throttlestop that CPU power is limited by BIOS to 8 w instead of 15 w in analog, thus CPU frequency is limited to 2.7 Ggz instead of 3.4 (see Intel page) . I’ve made a BIOS dump by fptw64, but I don’t understand how to mod. It is a very common problem with Chinese PC. I have AMIBCP 5.02.0031, tried, but I have never used it. Please help
