Where to safely download AMIBCP?

Options in my BIOS are locked and every guide about fixing it and getting them to show mention using AMIBCP to do it. There are links to download AMIBCP all over the internet but they’re all on filesharing websites and sketchy places like that. Since this edits something as deep in the system as the BIOS, I’m a bit worried about just downloading from any spot on the internet. Are there any “safe” places to download AMIBCP, and why is it so hard to find any type of official site to download for it?
