OK! So, something has been pissing me off, quite a bit (Sorry for the language) But short story is.. bought a new laptop, works great, it boots and everything like that.. But theres a BIOS password on it.. So when you turn it on, and it goes to the bios screen you cant do ANYTHING aside from starting windows.. Pressing F2 to go into setup, brings you to a password screen.. And i've tried everything and it's mom to get past it.. iBios.. cmos wipe.. pretty much every utility on Hirens boot CD and Ultimate Boot CD.. Nothing has worked.. i've taken the Cmos battery out.. I've cut all power to the laptop.. i've even taken the ENTIRE thing apart and nothing..
I was wondering if there was a way to clear the password.. or perhaps just install a fresh bios.. I'll do just about anything right now..
OH!! i also dont know if this is the right thread to post this on.. so please dont get mad at me, i'm new to this site..
