and what tool do i use to flash it? im use to phoenix bios so im lost with AMI
thanks guys i found the ami utility from ami.com and i flashed the bios everything except the bootblock and its going fine now im going to overclock and see where i get thansk again
but yes this bios does work!
btw it recognises my computer as an asus something so its wrong on the type of computer it is not sure why

The default BIOS doesn't have anything hidden except a resource manager and health fan control items. If you do have a spare chip though and want to test some other BIOSes that would be the next root, given you have a spare chip and are willing to test.

I found a thread of someone who had the same computer and I ended up bricking my system using afuwin to flash the one made so I had gateway fix it. Options for changing the FSB are greyed out.

I suppose. I'm looking into making another back up, but I went and forgot what to use. Well I'll take more caution since everything's already fixed. I'll try to donate for the help too, I need to find a friend with paypal.
I'll try again with flashing via dos and taking necessary precautions in case of failure so I'll try asking 1234s282 to take a second glance as he managed to unlock overclocking for another guy for this model pc here. Sadly the chips are soldered to the board so I cannot afford a chip for testing.
