[REQUEST] - BIOS crisis assistance for Lenovo Legion Slim 7 Gen 8 AMD (16APH8)

Hello, can someone help me with the bios crisis process for the Legion Slim 7 gen 8 AMD. I have had a hard time finding a guide for this laptop and I am totally unfamiliar bioses. I'm not sure what went wrong with my laptop. I shut it down and it refused to boot. It shut down totally normally and I didn't get any prompts or warnings about an update when shutting down.

When I power on the laptop the keyboard rgb and fans come on but the display is off the entire time. The fans quickly switch off then come back on maybe 2 minutes later and stay on for 2 more minutes then everything goes off and it quickly restarts. It continues this cycle perpetually.

I have been told one of the causes might be a corrupted bios and that one of the ways to potentially fix it is through a crisis file. I have researched on it but can't seem to find a clear guide for my laptop. Your help would be greatly appreciated in getting the correct file for me.
