Your laptop is based on GL40 chipset without 1066 Mhz support. So you can't use your T9400.

Hello everyone, i have toshiba satelilite c660-1j1 (pscone-011012y4) and and after i upgraded cpu to core 2 duo t7300 i get error that 02f0:cpu id: fa no microcode update loaded for alternate processor, i tried to remove cmos battery but i it didnt help. im attaching backup bios if anyone can unlock it or atleast update the microcode. Another problem im having is laptop battery is dead so is there some command or something to forche winplash to bypass battery requirement.

Let's try to update microcode without BIOS editing.
Make DOS USB-stick (e.g, by Rufus), download and unzip all files for the modded version of CHECKUP7 to this DOS USB-stick.
Install your T7300, boot from this DOS USB-stick and make a photo of the screen with results.

Hello, this is what i get when i follow your steps

PS: i found t7700 on aliexpress for 3 euros, does it have the same microcode as t7300 or would i need new microcode update?

OK. Now download this file, rename it to PEP.DAT and copy (with replacement) to your DOS USB-stick.
Boot from your DOS USB-stick and make new photo of the screen with results.

I did it, its says its only temporary and it has tto be done every time, second picture is first boot after update.

I tried, but winphlash gives me error that says my battery is below certain percent or is not detected(battery is in laptop buts is stuck at 0% because its old and 3V, i tried dissasemblying battery and mannualy connect it to laptop charger but it wont charge).
