Hello,
I have encoutnered a possible BIOS/TPM problem.
Laptop - https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/produ.../downloads
Problem:
1. Before post i get an error that New CPU installed, fTPM NV corrupted or fTPM NV structure changed... Pres Y to reset fTPM...
If i press yes i see a black screen with text ERASE PSP NVRAM and pc reboots to the same error that new CPU is installed, if i click on "No" i can boot the pc.
2. If i go into bios - any settings i change i they are not saved. If i change some settings regarding TPU and go to save settings i get this error:
Formset (Security) E1277EC4-E1AF-4223-8D45-C87330B882627 Failed to save storage: OilSetup. Status: Not Found
What i have tried:
Refit every connection, ram, nvme etc.
Replace CMOS battery.
I`m pretty sure theres a problem with cpu connection, possibly bad soldering (if i do not [censored] in the heatblock tightly pc wont event post).
Is there any chanse i can change the BIOS settings to disable secure boot and TPU in any other way thats not directly from bios?
Maybe its possible to edit .cap file and flash it using windows recovery cmd and using Lenovo phoenix sct flash?
I have tried to update bios, but after restart the error is back and nothing changes.
