[REQUEST] HP 15S-DR3500TX advanced bios

Hi. I have hp 15S-DR3500TX with latest bios F.68. I have been trying to unlock advanced bios settings. I tried with insyde UVE tool to access advanced. I have tried doing load runtime but it shows dump current bios settings failed. But I dumped bios rom from that tool and I loaded image and found out advanced options were there in that tool with that .fd file which I dumped. Can anyone pls provide mod bios to unlock advanced settings and also guide on how to flash the mod bios. I have attached images and the dumped bios file. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: As given in important announcement I managed to extract the setup utility with help of IFR extract utility and I see the same thermal configuration and all other settings which I saw in insyde UVE tool but the one which they provided EFI shell in that forum doesn't seem to work in latest laptops. Is there anything new so I can change the varoffset values. But changing one by one would be difficult. If possible pls provide the mod bios so I can flash and use the advanced setting to change thermal configuration and many more etc. I extracted the setup utility with IFR extractor. I am attaching that also so it would be easy for someone to edit and create updated flash file. Pls pls pls help I am expecting a reply at least whether we can unlock advanced options or not
