A little off topic I know, as I'm not requesting a mod.
Long story short: I had a failed flash of a ThinkCentre M73. Stupidity from my side, used a USB flash drive, and I think the partition was too big for DOS to handle it. So it erased the chip, but could not read the BIOS from disk afterwards.
I scrambled to make another USB disk, but It overheated and froze (Bug, that caused me to try to update the bios)
So now it shows Lenovo logo and reboots.
I have gotten myself CH341A programmer, and I can read the contents of the chip, and verify that it reads the same every time.
I tried flashing the BIOS update available from Lenovo's download page (.rom file, and not .bin?). But It fails with "Index out of range something something".
And all the Bios backups/mods here are long gone from their respective download sites.
So, I'm hoping someone here has a full dump of the BIOS?
