Theres not a lot hidden in here , only something called "power user mode" but that doesnt have any submenus or options so its not worth the risk

you can always try pressing Ctrl F1 , Ctrl Home , Ctrl Insert or Ctrl F9 while in the BIOS as these key combos sometimes unlock advanced options in some bioses
