Hello. I tried changing the bios graphic card firmware with that of another manufacturer (PNY) but the problem is not solved. The post bios screen keeps loading letter by letter. At this point, I think the problem is not due to the version of the video card bios. At this point, it seems obvious that the problem is not due to the version of the video card bios. I do not understand why ASUS keeps telling me that I must contact the manufacturer of my graphic card. I am convinced that this problem can be solved if I could use my PCI Express slot as 1.0 instead of 2.0. NVIDIA told me to try to change this option, because the bios of my motherboard may not recognize exactly the standard video card. The problem is that: the bios of my motherboard (1017 - ASUS P5VD2-MX) will not allow me to edit this option. NVIDIA told me that the problem must be solved by a motherboard bios firmware upgrade from ASUS, but the motherboard P5VD2-MX is out of support since 2007. Please, it would be possible to have a bios firmware mod that allows me to see more options to set the PCI Express slot? If that is not possible, you would have to propose alternative solutions to try to solve this problem? Please help me... Thank you very much for attention.
