MS-7502 ( MEDION OEM ) unlock request

Hi,
i have upgraded my mobo where it was posible.I tried to mod de bios with modbin6, but the program is not stable in Win7.So i don't take the risk of saving and flashing it.
Could you please unlock it for me?
Here are the links to the backup of the bios, en the textfile with al of the features of my mobo.

Okay, I unlocked some stuff and enabled RAID and gave you RAID 8.7 ICH9.

i have instald this bios there is an option raid
when i set it save and reboot
there is no raid bios cant setup raid whit out this bios

Can you please re-post the BIOS as an attachment here. I may be able to do the unlock etc, but idk about the RAID off hand.
