Intel BIOS Mod Request - Please help!

Hello guys,

could somebody please update the 'Intel RAID BIOS ROM' in my BIOS from the older 8.9 version to the new 10.0 or 10.1 version for me?

Mainboard: Intel DP55WG
RAID BIOS in original BIOS: 8.9
Wanted RAID BIOS: 10.1 (if possible)

I have some boot/freeze problems with my new OCZ SSD and I suspect that this is the reason for it. This is from my Intel DP55WG mainboard, it's the latest BIOS from November 2010. I don't know why they chose to include the older 8.9 RAID BIOS ROM version with it and not a newer one...

Sorry but while some Intel bioses are actually AMI ones in disguise , this is one of Intels unique format bioses which we dont have any tools to mod

8.9 should be just fine. Does your SSD have the latest firmware?
