In need of a BIOS Mod

I am trying to install a new CPU in my laptop (Compaq CQ61-410US) but the BIOS doesn't seem to like it. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit with 4 GB of RAM. I saw a previous post that requested the following information:

1. Motherboard - Hewlett-Packard 363F
2. Current BIOS - Insyde F.15
3. Link to current BIOS - ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp48501-49000/sp48895.exe
4. New CPU - AMD ZM-84 Turion X2 Ultra
5. Link To Donor BIOS - ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45119.exe
