HP TX2500 and TX2 Bios Hack to turn on Fan

Can someone help to hack HP TX2500 and Tx2 bios so the CPU fan will be turned on at a lower tempeature. I think the CPU fan will be turned on at 62 degree C. I want it to be turned on at 52 degree C. In fact, if you can, please change all the fans speed control to 10 degree lower. I believe the fan has 3 speeds or more. It start at low speed, then kick into medium speed as the laptop get hotter. Then kick into Max speed as the CPU temperature increase to 80+ 'C.

hi,
the file you gave me without the white list can you hack it so I can I increase my fan speed and under-volt my gpu cause its overheating hitting 86 degree F? and maybe have a over-clocking option in the bios if possible?

Bios file was hacked before to remove the white list . And this is for a hp pavilion dv2120us.
