how to extract .rom files from .300 bios

I have a asus K42JAAS.300 bios that I wanted to mod but I can't extract it into .rom files.
Is there something I can do?

I have uploaded the bios file.

you can use mmtool that comes with amitool. quick way -> open the rom using amitool, once it's done reading the rom click the little asterisk button at the bottom and it will extract all the modules from the rom.
or just use the mmtool.exe and that's really a no brainer. good if you only need to extract a specific module(s) [attachment=1992]
