ok.. now listen up

i have medion laptop. with no HD or OS i need to use USB to install Bois how can i install it on USB onto MS-DOS.?

The BIOS doesnt need "Installing". You can only update it.

If theres no hard drive or operating system then there is no reason to update the BIOS *As having no OS means you cant use the computer anyway*
