Unlock Compaq SR1703WM Please

I have been trying for quite some time to come across a BIOS I can use for my Compaq Presario SR1703wm... It has an Asus Amberine M board with Award BIOS/ ACPI 1.0 version 3.15. I originally posted it was a phoenix bios guess thats why no one replied because I don't know what I am doing. I have searched through this site for about an hour and have found nothing for my comp. I know it is a boring overclock and its and old computer, I really have just been playing around I'm running windows 7 with the AMD Sempron 3200 processor with 1gb of ram, I also have xp and server 2003 r2 on this machine just have been playing around basically want to push the processor as far as I can.

Hopefully someone can make me a new bios that will unlock everything and allow me to tweak the processor...or maybe you could do all that too...don't really know how it works....thank you in advance

I keep editing because I keep reading...I'm starting to think this isn't even going to be able to be done from what I am reading...but anyway here is a rom of the BIOS I am currently using.

So I tried to flash using a flash drive...and AWDflash exe and it says source file not found...any suggestions? I also tried winhplash and it says the bios may be corrupted....any suggestions?
