[Unlocked] Turbo Boost on Lenovo Ideapad y550p

I have a Lenovo Ideapad y550p that has Turbo Boost. I'm trying to control heat issues, so I want to disable it. Anyone know anything I can do to enable the option, or anywhere to look for help?
