i can completely unlock the frequency ratio for you but you should knew some things to take the responsibility for using this option :-
- in your bios ( or any phoenix bios which contains frequency options ) the frequency ratio option has some routines which checks your cpu ID and type and see what options are supported then it decides to show the option or hide it .
- so this means that your cpu don`t support overclocking OR the option is just hidden and work properly after unlocking.
- i just linked the option to the main menu but didn`t adjust the routines to see if the cpu support it .
read this carefully and tell me if you want to unlock it and i will mod it now if you want .

okay, that means that it maybe works with my processor , maybe not , right ?
my processor model is Intel Core2Duo T5600 (dunno if it supported)
i would be glad if you can unlock it, but, what can it do then ? (i know that when i put multiplier over the original one , in that case over x11, then it starts to produce more heat, and unstability, but then helps voltmod
correct me if i'm wrong.

May be when you try setting the multiplier to 12 the notebook didn`t boot , then you will need to just remove the CMOS battery for about 10 to 20 minutes and put it again .......then it will boot normally .
concerning the voltage mod , i have read about this but haven`t tried it before ,,,,,,,,,,,also i will not try this for first time in your notebook as it might brick the CPU .
i will unlock the option for you but becareful with it.

ok,
but , just asking, do you basically can make voltage setting available?
(thinking , that when multiplier OC works, then, why not to try voltage )

HERE IS YOUR UNLOCKED BIOS , TELL ME IF THIS WORKED.
BIOS2.rar (Size: 1.12 MB / Downloads: 31)
-no voltage setting hidden in your bios , i will just edit ACPI table to change the cpu voltage and the trip point for fan ..........but i hadn`t time for doing this so it will be the first time and i don`t want to brick your notebook so i will not mod the voltage .
- first, check if the frequency ratio works or not then think about voltage .
