insydeh20 conversion to phoenix??

I have a uefi insydeh20 bios, I believe 3.5 version... hp laptop... I'm looking for something that allows me to undervolt/overclock, adjust ram timings ect. is it possible?

I am able to test anything you throw at me, I can go from semi-brick back to stock in about 2 minutes with my recovery usb setup..
