Ive been trying for hours and hours today, and part of the day yesterday. It never reads anything plugged into the USBm when i press the blind flash buttons (win+b+pwr) the beeps no longer beep and usb flash drive no longer powers up and stays on. Im pretty sure its shot.
If you have any ideas id be up for trying them, at this point I'm pretty sure something went wrong. Never had this happen before and I've been changing firmware on phones, tablets, tons of other electronics for years and never had this happen on a computer lol. Not happy about it, but it happens i suppose. Ive only bricked a few things in my time and usually when i was too tired or not paying attention to what i was doing. Not the case this time, but ill figure something out. Was looking for a new laptop anyway, but i did find a new motherboard for this for $107 which isn't too bad i guess.
Again, if you have any ideas ill surely try them, thanks again

Unfortunately its the same result. Cant get any sounds from speaker and USB flash drive never lights up. Heck, id even solder a new bios chip if i thought that was a option but I'm fairly certain thats not lol. Looks like ill be saving up for a new laptop.

Any chance i can get this file uploaded or re-modified again to try again? link is dead and ive searched all my flash drives and hard drives and cant find the copy i downloaded.
Was hoping to give this a shot now that i resoldered a new bios chip onto motherboard of the laptop lol.
Thanks again!

Ok, after replacing bios IC and reflashing (finally found the copy i downloaded from you origionally) i was able to flash this bios and am having the exact same issue as before. System boots and works fine, if i put in the new wifi card it still gives error 104. Ive flashed this 5 times now, tried in windows 32 and 64 bit versions, since thats the only thing ive NOT tried so far lol.
Is there any chance that the modified bios wasnt included and some how the origional was included in the package you sent?
THanks again for your help and time!
