I would like to be able to change any and all options possible, especially the ability to use the raid function of the intel controller onboard. I really appreciate it and thanks in advance,, link to original bios here

everything works but the IDE CONFIGURATION menu.. when i go to select that, the bios freezes and I have to do an alt-ctl-del reset... that is the most important feature i am looking for to enable the raid function of the intel chip set... thanks!!
Ok, it did not brick, new bios installed.. everything works, BUT the IDE controller function menu.. bios freezes there.. I have to alt-ctl-del to restart on that... that is the most important feature I am looking for to enable the raid function because that function turns on port multi for sata.. for some reason, i hit enter on that menu, and again, the bios freezes there, no options come up, and i have to reboot... otherwise, everything else seems to work...

pretty much the same except I did get it to work once, but not since then. had to f9 to get back into my OS.The Raid function did appear to work that one time. basically, it still freezes when i go to select "IDE FUNCTIONS"... again, i click on ide functions, frozen bios, alt-ctrl-del to reset system.

and i wont leech and not report.. just about everything works but again, the most important function to me, the ide function option.. one time i was able to get in there.. ive tried everything from disconnecting my drives, to a ton of reboots into the bios.. just no luck.. something appears to be freezing the bios up when i hit enter to select that option.

cool, thanks a bunch!! Also, since you seem to know about modding bios, would you know how to, or point me in the right direction to find a modded bios for my Gigabyte P67X-UD3-B3? They are lagging on updating the intel ichr 10 bios rom to the latest 11.5 that supports raiding 3 terabyte drives.. Thanks in advance!
