Hi Mate

Sorry , but Intel bioses cannot be modded im afraid

There is one option but its not very likely , especially as it involves an oem bios. However , i will try for you later once i get home

Right , ive been busy!

First off , you have an oem system (Acer). Therefore you DO NOT use bios updates from intel , only ones from acer.

I found this bios from acer for your system (latest)

ftp://ftp.work.acer-euro.com/desktop/asp...R01-A3.zip

Firstly , yes i was able to open the file and have a good luck around .Unfortunately though , there is nothing that im able to unlock in this bios , although im not sure what you want unlocking anyway

The default acer bios has overclocking by default! , its all under Frequency Control

You need to set the "Configure Advanced CPU Settings" feature to Yes tyo enable you to change the other options

Enjoy!

Hey
Sorry to bother you again...I have a problem...
Im using Vista Ultimate 32....i cant open Afudos...
Then i downloaded the other Aspire E560 bios...which is R01-B1.
I open Afuwin and it said that my Bios is Write Protected...anyway to bypass it?

Emmm....my bios has no Bios Write Protect option...
is there any other way?
I tried with Intel Toolkit to see if i have the option to disable Bios write Protect....well....no luck...

There should be that option as long as you flashed the modded bios

Also , have a look on the board itself , sometimes theres a write protect jumper which needs to be removed first
