HP G50-133us please

Basically I have flashed one or two computer bioses. This has worked well for me but I have a few years old HP G50 with Insyde bios update downloaded from HP. I updated it myself but no noticeable change was made to the bios screens, and I would like to have access to clock speeds and timings etc...

I heard from a computer tech friend that there is probably another way to flash the bios and get better results, so I can reach more features; perhaps someone can point me in the right direction.
