And here's the rom (there was a A7592IMS.1E0 file and I simply changed the extension) http://proyecto.pcriot.com/A7592IMS.rom

Using AMIBCP there's no sign of AHCI.

You board is using ICH7 that doesn't seem to support AHCI at all.
