(REQUEST) Lenovo Thinkpad Edge e420s 8juj07uc / 8juj08uc whitelist removal

Hey!

2 things:
1) I am on hackintosh with subj laptop which doesn't support native Intel 1000bgn WIFI. Presently BIOS ver. 1.20 (8juj07uc).
2) And as I am on hackintosh I won't be able to flash bios from Windows. But there is bootable version on Lenovo site http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/...uj08uc.iso

So my question is if it's possible to remove whitelist from within this iso?

Nope only windows version of the mod is available. Put a spare hd and install a windows SO to make this.

No need to install Win, just booted Windows 7 Live on CD and successfully flashed.

Did it work fine? Have you tested unsupported wireless card?

As I've told you, I've purchased from chineese whitelist removed bios update v1.17. It works fine for me (tested on unsupported wifi). As I am being curious I have also tried to install your version of 8juj08uc (over the chineese working version), but without success.

When I start WINFLASH.EXE it says "Cannot launch the UEFI emulator". But launching WINUPTP.EXE - bios updates to v.1.21 (from initial 1.17), hence restarting shows error 1802 - unsupported wifi. So I stick with chineese mod so far.

I can send you chineese files if you are curious to compare with yours. Let me know.
