I wait your news.
I just flashed it. Flashed from F.12 to your F.12 - no discernible from me markings to differentiate between the two.
Works so far fine. I did try to instert a non-HP but correct Intel WiFi card and it reported, as before that this card is not approved.
I was hoping that the Firmware you published is re-edit to eliminate the hardware check as described in the main thread.
My req was not just for the firmware because it is redily available, without any password, on US HP website.
Oooops, I guess I am one of the unclever ppl, I was hoping for whitelist removal.
Thanks

Sorry no news frp/om me. The after-flash Bios looks identical to original. What and Where is Advanced menu you wanted unlocked. In original and in fixed - I do not see ANY "Advanced" menu.
Nothing has been locked and nothing was un-locked. Or I am not looking in the right place?
Works fine = computer works without showing any problems.

humm the fact is it gave for me a semi brick(wich computer doesnt start, only leds on, all leds) but i was able to do recovery with hp_tools partition, We are only supposing, if you have your partition as active and didnt change the menus in, the bios was recovery for itself, so you didnt see the advance menus because you have HP TOOLS partition active and it recovery back for GOOD bios, and not this one wich its suppose to see advance menu.
sorry for this explaination this hard explaination, but its will more easy to explain on my native language LOL(portuguese)
