I removed the backup flash to solve the „wrong checksum” error.
The recovery happened with my own modified (I tried to update the RAID option ROM) image as well as with a stock x48-dq6 image (crossflashing from ds5 - this was not the original idea but ... Why not if it's possible?).
I know it was more risky to do this much changes at once but the problem would have occured at a point anyway.
I would be here even if I do this from step-by-step. Of course, now I must do it step-by-step to figure out what went wrong but I could have saved some time if I am lucky...
(I guess the problem was the wrong Jmicron ROM in the mod and I have to create a modified image for myself.)
