help unlocking insyde bios...

Hey, hello!

I have this laptop: sony vaio vpceg15fx with insyde R0220Z8 bios. I wan't to unlock it, but i'm really lost. This is the first time i find a locked bios in my life!
Well, i coudn't find the original bios at sony, so my questions are:

1) wich tool i need to start modding my actual bios?
2) is there a way to get the files from my computer?? (so i can have a backup and also ask for unlocking here)
3) maybe someone can recommend a tutorial to learn some basics about bios modding... it would be nice to learn a bit!
