Help me please! HP nc-4010

Hi! First I want to apologise for my bad English.

I have a HP nc-4010 without a bios integrated card. A friend gave me a wireless card from a Dell( Broadcom BCM94306MPSG). When I put it in the laptop I have 104-Unsupported device... . I don't know if my bios is phoenix or anything else.
Please help me to resolve that problem.
