It is hard to solve but my manufacturer TOSHIBA created a software winflash and there is no link for bios other then upgrade software. The software auto downloading and installing. I will try to find and download. If u have any answer for this problem i will be pleased to hear Smile
I started the software and it have been backed up my current bios. I`m uploading it. I hope it could be enough. Thanks for your help.

Your backup was of no use but i managed to get bios v6.00 off the toshiba site and extract the bios file :-D

The bios form Toshiba already has a Toshiba 2.0 SLIC Table for Windows Vista Activation

I have replaced the Toshiba 2.0 SLIC with Toshiba 2.1 SLIC (In both bios files , there seems to be 2 in this package but the utility will automatically pick the correct one)

1. Copy and paste ******.XRM-MS certificate file into C-Drive.

2. After pasting this file into C-Drive, go to START - ALL PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - COMMAND PROMPT. Right click on Command Prompt and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

3. When Command Prompt opens, type at the prompt: slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\hp.xrm-ms and hit the Enter Button. Wait for the Script Host to answer you with a message that the license was installed successfully....this could take a few minutes and so be patient.

4. After receiving the message that the license was installed successfully, type at the command prompt: slmgr.vbs -ipk *****-*****-*****-*****-***** (Replace with any OEM SLP Product Key for your installed version of Windows 7 , they are not hard to find).Be Patient and wait for the message to say that the Product Key was sucessfully installed. After it says successfully installed, reboot the computer.

5. When you are back at your desktop, go to START - COMPUTER - right click on Computer and choose PROPERTIES and see if it is activated with an OEM product ID.

First of all thanks for your perfect job. The utility is selecting correct bios if u use it with default pakage. When u extract it losts commands. Also one more step if bios version same as winflash version it is not touching and it is not asking to install. So automatic installation seems to be unuseable. But also manual installion is an option but i do not know correct version of bios file. Is there any option to understand which one i have on my motherboard. When i enter to bios i see just intalled version 6.00 and no other information.

The Utility should decide automatically which file is correct

However , if not , you use S10GM600.ROM for Intel Video and S10PM600.ROM for Ati/Nvidia Video

So it depends what graphics your system uses

I have Nvidia graphic card so i tried to flash with S10PM600.ROM file. But i failed because of version failure. I attached the error message. If file version same as current version; it is not flashing the bios.

I successfully installed modded bios file as changing PHLASH.ini file`s "UpdateMode=" parameter to "1". But after system restart i got a message that tell me some values have been changed. I accept it with F1. And after windows start checked slic version with RW software. But as RW says my slic version still 2.0. As a result it did not worked Sad

Give me an RW Everything Report as stated below

Download and Install RWEverything from one of the following links:
http://jacky5488.myweb.hinet.net/
http://jacky5488.myweb.hinet.net/bin/RwV1.4.zip
http://slics.myftp.org/Tools/RwV1.4.rar

Open RWEverything.

After RWEverything Opens, click ACCESS - ACPI Tables.

When ACPI Tables opens, click anywhere within the ACPI Window.

Now click CONTROL + F2 to save the entire table.

Save this Report to the desktop WITHOUT CHANGING THE NAME and either attach this file to your post or upload it to one of the following:
www.box.net or www.mediafire.com or www.sendspace.com

If you upload your RWEverything Report to one of the 3 host servers above, post the download link of your RWEverthing Report in the Post of your Mod Request.

Below is the preferred method in which to post your mod requests:

-Manufacturer:
-Motherboard Model:
-Bios revision:
-Bios Type: Phoenix BIOS
-Bios Download Link:
-RW Everything Report Download Link:
