unlocking an hp p2 1033-w with ami blu bios

I have an hp p2-1033w with a locked ami blu 7.05 bios. I cannot overclock it or change any settings.
Specifications
1. Amd e300
2. hd radeon 6310 at 400mhz
3. 500 gb hardrive
4. 3gb of ram
Please help me unlock the bios

It doesnt require a bios password or anything like that.

I checked for the bios download and link and couldnt find it. I aslo checked the manufacture site for download, and still coudnt find it.

I have no idea what to do.
