I need help with slics on a Biostar .bbs file

I have flashed AMI and Award slics before, but I can figure out how to open the bbs file. Does anyone know if theres a tutorial or how I need to get this file opened? I wanna get the Win 7 slic on it. The bios is a AMI and heres the link to the mobo.

certificate is attached, the key is not tied to the vendor
