Can't figure out how enable turbo boost in my mios

Hey guys I'm new here. As the title says, I can't find the the turbo boost option for my CPU in my bios. I have an i7 3770K and a 3D Gigabyte bios. As for right now as far as I can see, it seems the only way I can get my CPU to reach what the turbo boost speed is suppose to be is if I overclocked the base clock to that speed which I'd rather not do given that I'd be a newbie to overclocking and this is a brand new machine so I don't wanna kill it because I overclocked it.
