Confirmed working on Intel DH55TC.
Touch up the marker.bin file to reflect the current date, after that it's only one second to insert the slic with "runme!.cmd".
After that used DAZ loader to insert serial and cert, all is well.
Cheers.

Because I couldn't find a proper mirror, I created my own version of the EFI modding tool. I'm attaching it to this post.
I've also incorporated some extra little features. It should request Administrator privileges if needed, and should update the timestamp of the three BIN files automatically.
If anyone has any problems with it, just let me know!
Thanks,
~Drew

Hi Drew,
I used your EFI modding tool without any success till I examined the RUNME.bat.
You should throw away the lines consists of :
The line of 'oa2intelwin erase' basically erase the SLIC that had been written to the ROM.
I confirmed the success of this technique to activate Windows Server 2008 R2 standard on an Intel D510MO motherboard with WDC Red 3TB (GPT Partition and UEFI Boot mode on).

Up until last week it was impossible to add SLIC 2.1 into Intel motherboard bioses. Now the tools leaked out onto the net and you can follow this tutorial to add in SLIC 2.1 into your Intel motherboard bios. We cannot perform this mod for you , it must be done locally on the machine which you want modding.
Please reply back to this thread stating your motherboard , bios version and also whether the mod worked or not. This will help us to compile a list of compatible motherboard tor use with this tool.
Enjoy!

Hi:
Like many people, I appreciate the work you do.
I have a DQ965GF with bios 6100. I tried everything that posters suggested. I run cmd and go to C:\Win> to run oa2intelwin. I always get the same message:
"Unable to read BIOS -- FAILURE
2h - DRIVER_NOT_INSTALLED
C:\Win>pause
Press any key to continue..."
I tried modding with Phoenixtool.exe 2.13, it tells me "BIOS has a already a SLIC (2.0) table ( )". That's a long blank space.
I tried RWEverything 164, and Phoenixtool.exe complains about an error in line 5 of the AcpiTbl.rw file.
