T2300 to T7600 processor upgrade on VAIO VGN-FE28H (Phoenix BIOS): possible?

Hi,

Actually I am stuck with a processor that the Sony VAIO VGN-FE28H doesn't support but should regarding the socket. The current processor is a T2300 and the upgrade processor is a T7600. I installed it successfully on the socket but the system doesn't even boot.
One suggested me to put the R0200J3 used in the VGN-FE41M model. Before doing so, I would like to know what the unlocked version of the BIOS could offer.

I already found the unlocked BIOS for VGN-FE41M (R0200J3) but depending on the answer on the unlock benefit, I may request an unlocked version of R0130J3 that is the default BIOS for VAIO VGN-FE28H.
