Epox EP-5G945-M/G with core2 E4300

I have Epox EP-5G945-M/G motherboard (i945G chipset ) that supports 65nm dual core Prescott/CedarMill cpus with FSB 800Mhz. I would like to know if it is possible to put E4300(which is Allendale core2 65nm cpu FSB 800Mhz).

According to this link I can make my motherboard to run Core2Duo with pinmoding and BIOS upgrade.

Problem is that I found only motherboard EP-5GZ945-M3/G with different chipset 945GZ for donor bios.
It looks almost the same,but it has 2 dimm slots less and slightly different audio chip.
