HP XW6600 BIOS?

Hi guys, I've just got a barebones system to replace my old server (which fell over and died on me), so I've put the ram in and am getting a FSB/CPU/MEM speed mismatch error, the problem with the HP boards is you can not change anything in the [censored] BIOS.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a replacement BIOS that would give me access to all of that?
