dv7 bricked bios recovery

my dv7 i have now 2 blinking leds that shows me that the bios is corrupted, i read that its possible to recover the bios but what name does the file need to be and where do i need to put them? the file for now is named 3635F13.FD and its in FD format. its firmware F13 for a dv7-3030sf

Have you tried using the Insyde Recovery instructions in the BIOS recovery section of the site? That would be a good place to start.
