Hi,
I am looking for a way to unlock or add a memory remap feature to the Bios of my nx6325 Laptop. The Laptop is not the latest model but runs great and I upgraded it over the time with an SSD Drive, Win7 x64 and 4gb RAM and I really stick to it. You guys probably know how difficult it is to get matte HD Displays these days.
Anyway, the BIOS limits the memory to 2.8gb although 4gb are installed. The problem is OS independent and comes up under Linux as well as Windows, both 64-bit.
The problem is very common as this model was selling very well and you will immediately find it if you google.
So I found this amazing community and am wondering whether any of you guys have an opinion whether there might be a solution or not.
I attached the zip that contains the latest Bios Version (the one I am running right now)
Really happy to get any opinion, even if you say I should forget about it.
Best,
Ned
