Unlocked BIOS for HP Pavilion DV7t-2000 CTO

I am trying to fin an unlocked bios for the HP Pavilion DV7t-2000 CTO. I want to be able to adjust things like voltages, OC, etc. as well as possibly add support for the PGA478 series of core 2 duo extreme or core 2 quad cpu's.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
