[Urgent REQUEST] Unlock HP Envy 6 1019TX BIOS

Hi, can someone please unlock my bios for my HP Envy 6 1019TX Bios version F.16. I want Advanced menu so I can tweak settings for the Switchable Graphics Card. Here are 2 versions of the bios old and new which ever one is fine.
