I've been trying to enable UEFI Boot in my Insyde H20 bios, but I haven't had much success so far. I know Camiloml successully did this in this thread:

Here's a link to the bios I've been modifying. It currently has WIFI and WWAN whitelists removed, custom splash screen, the advanced tab unlocked, and more options unlocked in the system configurations tab:

Here's what my system configurations tab looks like. It has the option to enable UEFI Boot, but I am still unable to boot efi files.
