Changes don't persist on a Vaio VGN-FE41S

Hi All,

First of all, let me know I'm a newbie.
I have a Sony Vaio VGN-FE41S and take a mod bios from this thread and flash it.

I can see the hidden menus and the pc boots ok. The only problem is that the changes I made aren't saved after a force shutdown or if I left the PC unplug for 1 day.

Is it normal? Or the bios is not compatible (although the version is the same R0200J3)?
