I am wondering if you could overvolt the system fan, or is it not possible without cutting wires?
I have serious overheating problems, and as far as I know, the percentage setting for the fan in the BIOS supplies it with 3.3V PWM, yet it can bear 5V, that should be what we hear when flashing new BIOS (yeah, kinda sounds like a turbine, but i would really like to hear that instead of feeling the heat and worrying for my hardware).
I have high hopes in this, because if overvolting it within the BIOS wasn't possible, then neither should it be while flashing. Or at least that's what I think

Jezj wanted the intel HD3000 VBios updated as the 1.21 bios released by acer contains the old v2119 vbios. I have updated this and posted the upload above for everybody who wants it

Hello, it's the first time I want to flash my BIOS and I'm a little bit nervous.
I have a Packard Bell Easy Note TSX66HR, which seems to support this BIOS.

I'm very interested in making my Notebook Hackintosh compatible.

-What is exactly the "Download v1.21-Uefi-advanced-hakintosh" bios?
Does it support Windows, or will it give me problems while running Windows?

-What differences are between "P5WE0120-UEFI-POWER-Advanced-By Akbar" and "Download v1.21-Uefi-advanced-hakintosh"?

fixed zip file, bad zip format issue is 4MB upload limit, so when I was trying to use max compression to get lower filesize but stupid program made bad file
