I'm sorry to hear that, you're the first one reporting issues with S06. Just use the bios flashback procedure as described in your R3E user manual, or simply flash the original bios from Asus website.

Did you interrupt the controller flash process when you first tried to upgrade? After flashing ZioMod bios, the new Marvell firmware update process starts. If you did not let it finish, you probably screwed up your motherboard...

Do not let it end, so strange that you remove all batteries and reset bios and turn on the PC, then install the firmware marvell asked and everything right and then turn off again and it did not work

Thanks Sinders! I'm going to add it to ZioMod and test it before releasing. I'm just wondering if the 12 series RST driver is stable though, as it's just a beta (well, a production candidate according to the changelog)... :|

Running smoothly here too, but all benchmarks are pointing out slightly worse performance if compared with previous bios/driver combo. I tested 1601_S07 with Intel RST v12 beta, of course. Read performance is pretty much the same, but write has suffered from a noticeable drop in AS SSD, Anvil and ATTO... :|
